The Boys of Loblolly...

Windancing's Imprimatur at Loblolly, aka "Thomas" 

​Thomas is our youngest male, and now, proven sire of quality progeny just like himself. A product of one of the many fine litters Jubal and Donaghy gave us in the first decade of our Tennessee phase, he has the perfect Labrador temperament-- in that he is inveterately good-natured, a retrieving fool, the soundest of body and constitution, and finally, a fine fellow to behold. We are incredibly glad to have him with us. He is a true, classic Labrador.

Donaghy

Donaghy is retired now, but the outstanding conformation and an affectionate temperament that he brought to our line resonates in the beauty and companionability of his grand progeny. Donaghy was a proven producer of well-made, healthy scion, and now lives in abundance with our beloved eldest daughter. He is no longer up to being her special soccer buddy, but he is one fine floor pillow, and he is the captain of our hearts.

Rumble

Pictured here and above as the banner picture of this page, Rumble reflects the gentlemanly legacy of his grandsires Windancing's Zhivago and Windancing's Timber. With Rumble, an affectionate and calm disposition have found a home in a beautiful and sound form. We are very pleased with the privilege to have brought this boy south from his northern home, and he is finding Tennessee and the company of his new Labrador family to his liking.

Herzog

Herzog sports the massive head and solid body that are the hallmark of the English Labrador. Herzog's pedigree is nearly entirely Windancing lines. A darker shade on the yellow spectrum, Herzog is the progeny of the very light yellow Windancing's C'Mon Cabe (pictured below) and a very dark yellow/red dam, also of Windancing lines. Most importantly, Herzog is a consummate gentleman of kind, inquisitive intelligence who charms everyone that he meets. Herzog is now fully retired, but we are grateful to him

Tonto

Half brother to Donaghy and son of Windancing's McCloud, Tonto is a beautiful boy, affectionate and loving, but frequently mistakes arm-sized logs for retrieving sticks.
